Founded in 2019 to bring a thoughtfully defined and thoroughly vetted portfolio of building and finishing products to area remodelers, specialty trade, and new construction contractors. CBP is a joint venture between Barrwood Cabinets, a 25-year-old cabinet distributor with extensive installation and manufacturing experience, and Creative Living, a design build firm specializing in kitchens, bathrooms and creative spaces, both located in beautiful Northwest Georgia. This duo came together to establish a resource equipped to solve the challenges faced by area contractors in this ever-changing current business environment. Together, we’ve expanded our product offering and service model to include the entire home.

You choose how you want to work with us. Our service model includes two different tiers of purchasing for our contractors as well as personal professional design and product selection for the clientele of our contractors.

The benefit this concept offers to the contractor is that they can now hand off all of the design work, decision making and product sourcing to our team while earning higher revenue streams. Contractors will earn margin on virtually every product that goes into their clients’ homes without being forced to do a cost plus model or forego any revenue for the many items that clients are now simply ordering online for installation. Projects will likely expand in scope as clients are able to visualize new ideas and find everything in one single location. It also removes the burden for the contractor to be an expert in identifying the right products to propose to clients in the oversaturated constantly evolving home improvement and construction product industry. We’ve done the work for them already, enabling the contractor to focus on their projects.

CUSTOM BUILDING PARTNERS LLC RETURN POLICY
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Custom Building Partners will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery. You must contact Custom Building Partners for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 678-719-8598. Please have the following information available: company name, invoice number, description of product and model number if applicable, and the reason you need to return the product.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
you must contact Custom Building Partners for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 678-719-8598.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product ship it to 4091 Highway 411, Rydal, GA, 30171, United States. Please make sure the Return Authorization number is visible on the outside of the packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for reasons other than defect or damage.
If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and keep proof of your shipment being processed. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
